Condition of use

Purchases of products or services made on centroresina.com are governed by the following conditions.
By clicking on the “accept” button, the user hereby accepts the Conditions without any limitations or reservations.
The Website belongs to Patelli Grafica snc in Via Alfieri 10 - Malnate (VA), 21100, Italia, P.IVA 03035350127, C.F. 03035350127.

Purchases are made by entering into an online contract (contract for printing and resining services offered by Patelli Grafica snc, between Patelli Grafica snc and the user under a system of distance selling by electronic methods organized by Patelli Grafica snc), governed by Italian law. Each online contract abrogates and replaces any agreements, understandings, negotiations, written or oral, made previously between the parties of the same object.

All final product prices displayed on the Website are given in Euros and prices are VAT-free. These prices may vary without notice and at any time prior to the conclusion of any online contract set by Patelli Grafica snc.

The contract ends with the approval of the order created online in the website centroresina.com, system of Patelli Grafica snc, which will be evident to the customer through the display of a web page with the summary of the order, printable, in which are indicated the references of the payer and the order, the price of the services purchased, any shipping costs and any additional charges, the method and timing of payment, the address where the goods will be shipped, the delivery time.

Patelli Grafica snc will not perform the contract online without prior payment or cash on delivery, in accordance with the following provisions.

Limitations of liability

The selection of content and images to be printed, as well the obtaining of authorisation for their reproduction, where necessary, is the sole responsibility of Users. Patelli grafica snc will not under any circumstances check content, apart from aspects related to the technical specifications and the artwork’s compatibility with the required specifications.
Patelli Grafica snc cannot in any way be held liable for the unauthorised use of images by Users or for any breach of third-party rights relating to them.
The User therefore releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Patelli Grafica snc from any liability towards third parties for breach of intellectual property rights, damage to image, honour, decorum, moral integrity or any monetary or non-monetary damage resulting from the printing of images and content uploaded by the user.
Patelli Grafica snc reserves the right, at any time, to stop any order which clearly breaches the intellectual property rights of third parties or which is defamatory, violent or otherwise contrary to public law and decency.

Patelli Grafica snc assumes no responsibility for fraudulent or illegal use by third parties, credit cards, checks and other methods of payment, when paying for products purchased, if it proves to have taken all possible precautions according to the best science and experience of the moment and according to ordinary diligence.

Patelli Grafica snc assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies due to force majeure, if it is not able to execute the order within the time specified in the contract.

Dispute management

For all disputes relating to the interpretation and/or execution of any online contract, the parties acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Varese, irrespective of the place of conclusion of the contract and the domicile of the user.

Shipping

The Products will be delivered on the dates selected by the User when ordering. The deadlines are calculated from the completion of the order, i.e. after uploading the file and receiving the confirmation. Delivery dates are valid for most of a given country. Islands and remote areas may be served in two or more additional working days.
The order shall be deemed not to have been completed until the file has been uploaded by the user and payment has been made (except for payment on delivery).
Shipment and delivery shall take place within the terms selected in the quotation on condition that the purchase order is completed by 12:00 noon the same day, or 10:00 a.m. for deliveries within 72 hours. Receipt of files or payment confirmations after 12:00/10:00 noon shall be deemed to have taken place on the next working day.
Deliveries cannot be made to trade fairs.
Working days are classed as Monday to Friday except for New Year’s Day, 6 January, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November, 8 December, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, Easter Monday, and company closures announced in advance on the website.
Patelli Grafica snc will not be responsible in any case of possible damage caused by delays in delivery.

 

Returns

Users qualifying as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalties and without giving a reason, no later than 14 days after receiving the products. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day in the case of a contract of sale: «where the customer or a third party other than the carrier and the designated customer acquires physical possession of the goods.».
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the User must, before the deadline set out in the previous paragraph, inform Patelli Grafica snc of their decision by sending a written communication to the following address.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If the customer withdraws from this contract, we shall refund all payments made to us, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from any choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. Such reimbursement shall be made by bank transfer; in any event, the customer shall not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement.
When exercising their right of withdrawal, the User must return the Products received to Patelli Grafica snc, ensuring they reach its headquarters at the address given above, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of communicating their decision to withdraw from the contract; this deadline will be considered to have been met if the products are sent by the User before the 14 days elapse. The cost of returning the Products shall be borne by the User.
